Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply return it for a refund.  Any product that shows evidence of being used, modified and/or installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping may be subject to a restocking fee.  

One-Year Warranty

Each product is warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship. Product will be repaired or replaced promptly, provided it is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory, for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale to the consumer.

Return items in original packaging, especially first enclosed in a plastic bag to protect the finish.  Shipping charges to us are the responsibility of the customer.
